Health Communicator

The Health Communicator from Trignon builds upon the Trignon Mobile Hospital Application. It provides both mobile and web portal information access to care givers. Further, the communicator enables patients to share and exchange medical information with their network of physicians and other care givers in a secure and simple manner.
