The principals at Trignon have all held operational roles in their past.  As seasoned consultants, we understand how to engage with our clients while at the same time manage complex project teams.  This includes project teams consisting of members from various organizations.  When Trignon accepts a delivery service engagement, we assign a capable and trusted project manager to manage the project as well as the project staff that may be from various partner and third party organizations.  One of the principals assumes the role of the project sponsor within Trignon and is accountable to report to the client's management on the progress and status of the project.
